1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kotrin ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Service Description

Kotrin is a Japanese language-learning application offered worldwide.

The app includes both:

  • Free plan (with daily practice limits)
  • Pro plan (subscription-based)

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Monthly: 1,500 JPY / $10.00 (tax excluded)
Yearly: 14,000 JPY / $90.00 (tax excluded)

4.2 In-App Purchase (IAP)

All purchases, renewals, and cancellations are processed entirely through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

4.3 Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings.
After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4.4 Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable, including monthly and yearly plans.
Refunds are handled solely by the App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies.

5. User License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Kotrin for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute app content
  • Reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Use the Service to violate laws or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

All lessons, content, trademarks, source code, designs, and features belong to Blue Commons Co., Ltd.
You may not reuse or reproduce them without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Kotrin is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of content
  • Error-free or uninterrupted operation
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kotrin and Blue Commons Co., Ltd. are not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Business interruption
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized account access

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

9. Modifications

We may update or change the Service or these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services.
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time within the app.
All personal information and learning data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

利用規約

1. 利用規約の同意

Kotrin（「サービス」」）にアクセスまたは使用することにより、これらの利用規約（「規約」）に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。

同意しない場合は、サービスの使用を停止してください。

2. サービスの説明

Kotrinは、世界中で提供されている日本語学習アプリケーションです。

アプリには以下が含まれます：

  • 無料プラン（1日の練習制限あり）
  • プロプラン（サブスクリプションベース）

3. アカウント

特定の機能を使用するには、アカウントを作成する必要があります。

お客様は以下に同意します：

  • 正確な情報の提供
  • ログイン認証情報の安全な保管
  • お客様のアカウント下でのすべての活動に対する責任

当社は、これらの規約に違反するアカウントを停止または終了する場合があります。

4. サブスクリプションと支払い

4.1 サブスクリプションプラン

月額：1,500円 / $10.00（税抜）
年額：14,000円 / $90.00（税抜）

4.2 アプリ内購入（IAP）

すべての購入、更新、キャンセルは完全に以下を通じて処理されます：

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

4.3 更新とキャンセル

サブスクリプションは、AppleまたはGoogleアカウント設定でキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
キャンセル後も、現在の請求期間の終了までアクセスできます。

4.4 返金ポリシー

すべての購入は返金不可です（月額プランと年額プランを含む）。
返金は、App StoreまたはGoogle Play Storeのポリシーに従ってのみ処理されます。

5. ユーザーライセンス

当社は、お客様に個人の非営利目的でKotrinを使用するための限定された、譲渡不可の、非独占的なライセンスを付与します。

お客様は以下を行うことはできません：

  • アプリのコンテンツをコピーまたは再配布する
  • アプリをリバースエンジニアリングまたは変更する
  • サービスを使用して法律に違反したり、他者に害を与える

6. 知的財産

すべてのレッスン、コンテンツ、商標、ソースコード、デザイン、機能はBlue Commons Co., Ltd.に帰属します。
許可なく再利用または複製することはできません。

7. 免責事項

Kotrinは「現状のまま」および「利用可能な状態で」提供されます。

当社は以下を保証しません：

  • コンテンツの正確性または完全性
  • エラーのない、または中断のない動作
  • 特定の目的への適合性

8. 責任の制限

法律で許可される範囲で、KotrinおよびBlue Commons Co., Ltd.は以下について責任を負いません：

  • データの損失
  • 間接的、偶発的、または結果的な損害
  • 事業の中断
  • 不正なアカウントアクセスによる損害

お客様の唯一の救済策は、サービスの使用を中止することです。

9. 変更

当社は、サービスまたはこれらの規約をいつでも更新または変更する場合があります。
継続的な使用は、新しい規約への同意を構成します。

10. 第三者サービス

サービスには、第三者サービスへのリンクまたは統合が含まれる場合があります。
当社は、それらのコンテンツ、ポリシー、または慣行について責任を負いません。

11. アカウントの削除

アプリ内でいつでもアカウントを削除できます。
すべての個人情報と学習データは永続的に削除され、回復できません。

12. 準拠法

これらの規約は、日本の法律に準拠します。
すべての紛争は、日本の東京の裁判所の専属的管轄権に従って解決されます。
